INGREDIENTS
1 cup lukewarm water
2 tbsps honey
1½ instant dry yeast
1 tsp salt
360gms maisha wholemeal bakers flour
PREPARATION
Measure out 360gms maisha wholemeal bakers flour into a bowl
In a separate bowl add 1 cup lukewarm water,2 tbsps honey,1½ instant dry yeast,1 tsp salt,50gms softened butter and 360gms maisha wholemeal bakers flour then mix well
Knead for 10 minutes
Add oil to the kneaded flour and proof for 2 hours then gently degas the dough
Mould the dough and fold gently to fit into the tin
Proof for 45 minutes
Bake at 180° for 40-50 minutes
