INGREDIENTS
Roti:
1 cup of Maisha Self-Raising Flour
½ teaspoon of salt
1 cup Lukewarm water
1 tablespoon Cooking Oil
Chicken Curry:
1 teaspoon of Salt
¼ teaspoon of Turmeric
1 teaspoon of Curry Powder
1 teaspoon of Coriander Powder
3 Cloves of Minced Garlic
¼ teaspoon of Cumin Powder
½ teaspoon of Black Pepper
¼ teaspoon of Chilli Flakes
2 tablespoons of Cooking Oil
1 Red Onion
4 Chopped Tomatoes
1 cup lukewarm water

PREPARATION
Roti:
Mix the flour with the water, salt and oil to form a soft dough
Knead for 10 minutes together and cover with a kitchen towel
Let rest for 1 hour
Divide the dough into 5 portions and knead once more
Roll the dough as thin as possible and cook in a preheated pan on medium heat until golden brown
Chicken Curry:
Mix the cubed chicken breast with the spices and marinate for 1 hour
Fry the onions in low heat until golden brown then add the marinated chicken
Add the tomatoes, salt and water until it all cooks
Serve dish while hot
