INGREDIENTS
1 ½ Maisha Home Baking Flour
⅓ Cup of Cocoa Powder
½ teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of Baking Powder
¾ cup of Brown Sugar
½ cup Vegetable Oil
2 Eggs
3 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
½ cup of cold brewed coffee
3 teaspoons of Apple Cider Vinegar
¼ cup of sour cream
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 180⁰C
In a large bowl, add the Maisha Home Baking Flour, Cocoa Powder, Salt and baking powder. Whisk well until evenly mixed.
In a separate bowl, add the brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract and cold brewed coffee and the Apple Cider Vinegar. Mix well.
Add the dry mixture into the wet mixture and whisk until evenly combined.
Bake at 180⁰C for 20 minutes and let cool before serving
