INGREDIENTS
1 and ½ cups of Maisha Home Baking Flour
⅓ cup of cocoa powder
½ tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoons of baking soda
¾ cup of brown sugar
½ cup of vegetable oil
2 eggs with yolk
3 teaspoon of Vanilla extract
½ cup of cold brewed coffee
3 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
¼ cup of sour cream
PREPARATION
Pour the Maisha Home Baking Flour into a bowl through a sieve
Add the cocoa powder, salt and baking soda - whisk well
Add the brown sugar and vegetable oil into a separate bowl and stir well
Then add the eggs to the vegetable oil mixture - stir well with a handheld mixer
Add the vanilla extract, cold brewed coffee, apple cider vinegar and sour cream into the vegetable oil mixture and stir
Add the flour mixture and stir gently until evenly combined
Preheat the oven to 180⁰C and bake for 20 minutes using a cupcake baking plate
Once ready, add your favourite topping / whip cream and serve
