INGREDIENTS
2 and ½ cups of Maisha Baking Home Baking Flour
4 large eggs with yolk
1 tablespoons of Olive Oil
1 teaspoon of fine sea salt
Black pepper

PREPARATION
Place the flour in a mound on a large chopping board
Use your fingers to create a crater in the center of the mound
Add black pepper and salt to the mixture
Add the eggs in the centre of the mound crater
Use a fork to whisk the eggs with the flour until they are combined
Use your hands to knead the mixture into a loose ball while adding Olive Oil to hold
Wrap the loose ball in a plastic wrap and let it sit for 30 minutes in room temperature
Roll out the pasta dough into your desired shape, either by hand or a pasta maker while sprinkling extra flour on each strip
Cook the pasta strips in a large bowl of generously salted boiling water between 1 - 5 minutes
Drain the water and serve with your minced meat or favorite side
