CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE

INGREDIENTS
3 cups of Maisha Home Baking Flour
1 tablespoon of baking soda
½ tablespoon of baking powder
1 tablespoons of sea salt
1 cup of melted butter
1 cup of sugar
2 eggs with yolk
1 tablespoons of Vanilla essence
2 cups of chocolate chips

PREPARATION
In a large mixing bowl, add the Maisha Home Baking Flour, baking soda, sea salt and baking powder. Mix well.
In another bowl, add the melted butter and sugar, then stir well.
Then add the 2 eggs and Vanilla extract to the same bowl and mix well.
Add the flour mixture to the wet mixture and mix well.
Add the chocolate chips to the mixture and stir well until evenly combined.
Cover the mixture with a clear foil and let it sit for 1 hour in the fridge.
Scoop the mixture into balls and place on a baking tray in equal sizes
Bake at 180⁰C for 15 minutes
Serve with a cold glass of milk or your favourite drink
