INGREDIENTS
2 cups of Maisha Self-Raising Flour
500gms of Minced Meat (beef)
1 Teaspoon of Salt
2 Tablespoons of Cooking Oil
1 cup of Lukewarm water
2 Chopped Red Onions
3 Cloves of Garlic
½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
½ Teaspoon Curry Powder
1 Red Chilli Pepper
½ Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
¼ Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper
¼ Teaspoon of Chilli Flakes
1 Tablespoon of Chopped Parsley

PREPARATION
Sieve the flour into a mixing bowl
Make a well in the centre and add the cooking oil and salt, then add lukewarm water to make the dough soft. Mix well
Knead for 10 minutes into a dough ball then let it rest for 1 hour.
In a pan, add the cooking oil, red onions, garlic cloves then mix well
Add the ground beef into the pan, salt, spices and mix well. Cook for about 5 minutes.
Roll out the dough then cook on low heat
Divide the semi-cooked dough into 4 equal portions and fold
Paste the sides together with cooking oil to hold then add the cooked beef into the pockets. Seal and fry in hot oil
Let cool then serve with favorite sauce
