INGREDIENTS
2 cups of Maisha stoneground atta flour
½ teaspoon of salt
I teaspoon of oil
Water
Potatoes
2 green chillies
2 teaspoons Coriander leaves
¼ teaspoon chilli powder
½ teaspoon of garam masala

PREPARATION
Mix 2 cups of Maisha stoneground atta flour with ½ teaspoon of salt and whisk
Make a well in the center and add 1 teaspoon of oil then mix in the oil.
Add water to form a soft dough then knead well and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Steam potatoes until soft then mash in a separate bowl.
In the bowl with the mashed potatoes add 2 finely chopped green chillies and 2 teaspoon finely chopped coriander.
Add ¼ teaspoon chilli powder,½ teaspoon garam masala and ½ teaspoon salt then mix well.
Roll out the dough into two disks.
One the first disk add the potato filling and place the second disk on top then roll out.
Place the rolled dough on the pan and fry with ghee.
Turn until both sides are brown.
Serve with your favourite stew.
