Soft Layered Carrot Chapati Recipe

Mix flour, salt, sugar, carrot and water in a bowl. Let it sit for 30 minutes. Dust a clean surface with flour. Cut the dough into palm size shapes. Roll out each piece into 1⁄4 inch thickness. Pour a tablespoon oil and spread. Roll the piece of dough again. Repeat on all pieces. Heat up frying pan. Roll out each piece and place on pan. Turn when browned. Rub some oil on each piece during the process. Repeat on all dough pieces.
Serve chapati with your favorite stew.
