Mix the flour, sugar and yeast in a bowl. In another bowl mix oil, water and milk. Pour the liquid mixture into the flour mixture. Knead for 10 minutes. Let it sit for 30 minutes. Roll it out and shape into circular shape.
In a pan, brown the onions and mince meat with the 1 tablespoon of oil. After 10 minutes add the curry or paste. Add salt to taste. Spoon an equal amount of filling into center of each pastry square. Fold in half and press edges to seal.
Deep fry Samosa and brown to your liking.
